Not a bad place to come home to.

I have lived at Bay Ridge for a year. In my 1 bdrm aptmt, the living area and dining area are generous. There is also a lot of storage space in the three closets which come in this aptmt - much better than other aptmts I have scouted.
The staff is friendly and responsive. My bathtub tile rotted away and they replaced the entire tiled wall the next day.
The gym is quite large and diverse.
The pool is large and inviting.
There are a lot of 20-somethings living here and I made friends quickly.
There are specific buildings for dogs, so you will not be constantly confronted with canines in the hallways if you choose a different building.
Beware of apartments facing the woods, as you will get very little sunlight in the apartment.
The staff sporadically provides dog waste disposal bags, but far too infrequently.
The pond is a great place to take a peaceful walk and the sunsets by the water are beautiful.
The bathroom and kitchen are a little cramped.
The dryer leaves lint all over everything...even after a cleaning.
