I see they haven't changed much. I think I'll look else where now in my search

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I was a resident of Bay Ridge from 1998 through 2001. I moved out because of the mentioned rent increases and was disappointment of the lack of support from management. I started with the first floor. The construction is so cheap that it sounded like the people on the second floor was going to come through my ceiling. Then they would flood me out when they showered. (Per maintenance, they had no shower curtain) I lived through this for 9 months and moved to a third floor apartment. I was very happy with one my new 3rd floor apparment except for my down stairs neighbor getting a surround sound that would keep the whole city of Nashua awake. However, during the move they charged me for two apartments and needed a second security deposit until I was fully moved out of the first floor. They didn't work with me at all and my rent increased quite a bit through my time there. After I left, they sent a thank you letter in being such a good tenent. (Taking good care of the place like it was my own home and paying the rent on time) To me, it would make sense to take better care of the tenants they have and are happy with, instead of recruiting new ones not knowing what they are enduring.
