I been living at Bay Ridge since graduating from college and quite happy here. The area is so pretty, quite, and safe. There are many trees to block out the noise. The parking lot is spread out which also reduces the noise from other buildings. The walls are thick enough to block out the noise from neighbors. They also maintain the buildings and common areas. Heating costs, from my understanding, are very low. My monthly bill was $40 a month and never less than 80 degrees (I hate the cold)!!

The staff is super nice. My last apartment complex had a hectic renting agency. They knew nothing and were never helpful. "Dealing" with Bay Ridge has been blissful. I found a lost cat. They gave me so much advice on how to find a home for it. Any other issued I have had, they have helped. Also, they are open during convenient hours.

With the exception of the kitchen area (the counter tops stain too easily), I nothing bad but only good to say about this place. :D

I'm curious since they have cut down a majority of all the pretty trees what you think about it now? And if you consider living at Bayridge "hitting the lottery" YOU'VE GOT SERIOUS PROBLEMS!

You should probably see a doctor concerining YOUR condition. Also, if you were not such an -------, maybe life and people would treat you better." --- You talk about life and treating people better, yet you post profanity and vulgarity to express your thoughts in words. How do you expect people to treat you better if you respond to insults with even more negativity and insults? Your response is not indicative of someone who is enjoying their stay at Bay Ridge.
