The place seemed great until they ripped out all the trees and bushes. Now my unit has absolutely no privacy at all. People walk by all day and night looking in your windows. This wasn't such a big deal when the trees and bushes partially obscured the windows. Now I have no choice but to keep the blinds closed all the time. So much for the great view. How I love living inside of a white box.
All of the trees have been ripped out to make way for new renovations. Now my air conditioner has to cycle on more often to keep the place cool. Coupled with the sub-standard maintenance that never gets performed on the AC unit, this means a higher utility bill. Also, the construction company uses your exterior outlets while your not home. The electricity bill continues to climb. At least the new windows they installed lock. Thats more than I can say about the old ones.
The equipment in the gym isn't maintained very well and the sauna is a death trap. Rusty nails and collapsing seats make for a dangerous combination. Enter this hot box at your own risk.
Over all, this place is better than a crack house but falls short of college dorm status. When my lease is up, I'm out.
