I have been living here for a little over 2 years. So far I'd say it's typical of most apts I've lived in. The occasional noisy neighbor and what not but not to bad for the most part.... The couple times I've had to call for maintenance, I thought they were there in a reasonable time and fixed the problem (leaking sink and broken switch).... They have not started construction on my building yet, except cutting some trees. I sure it will be inconvenient but it is much needed. I can't wait for new windows.... Every apt. i've lived in has had problems with theft. It comes in spirts and will go away when the cops patrol more.... The few dealings I've had with the office staff has been pleasant with no problems... It's funny to read all these people make it sound like a slum. It's not it's an apartment. If you don't like neighbors, buy a house and mow your own grass and all that fun stuff that goes with it.... This is a community and we all have to live together, so we should make the most of it and be courteous to our neighbors and pick up your dog offerings.... By the way, No I'm not an employee

Wonder why you had to clarify that you are not an employee. Is it beacuse you are?

Yah, the construction is annoying - but worth the aggrivation. The common area (hallway & mail stop) had such a visual improvement. :D
