I have lived here for 2 1/2 years without any problems. Minor repair issues and no complaints, until recently. People allowed to move in and they were rude, destructive to property, disrespectful of others, beer cans and cigarette butts on the ground, unruly children. Numerous complaints made without any results. The company and management need to review their "Good Neighbor Policies" and their application process for residency. They may not care but we have to live with the problem. Seriously considering moving when lease is up if this is not corrected. We pay good money to live here and I and others expect much much more.

You must live in the same building we do. We had a family(or two) move in that fit your description to a tee. Fortunately for us, they skipped out on their lease and they're gone. We complained - offered proof -= all to no avail. We've got a quiet building back, but are still planning to move on when lease is up. For the rent that we pay, there is no way we/anyone should have to put up with that garbage for 1 minute - let alone many months.

We were great tenants- never loud or disrespectful- and moved out because they were raising our rent (I lived there for 2 1/2 years) yet giving new tenants much cheaper rates or deals to move in. When we mentioned it to management they basically told us that there was nothing they could do and couldnt lower our rent, etc. We have been out of there for about 6 months now and could not be happier- my suggestion, if you are a good tenant- MOVE OUT. there are lots of great deals that you can find in the Nashua area if you look outside of complexes

Ah the "Good Neighbor Policy". If you have problems with other residents, all that management as to do is offer you another apartment in the complex or respond by talking with your neighbors. As long as they do that, they are covered. It is more profitable to keep the both of you, than to go through the courts and evict your disrespectful neighbor. There is little they will do about trash in grounds but pick it up. Unruly children? Good luck with that. The burden of proof is on you. When the lease is up, move out of that ghetto.

Thanks for responding. You're right about management has to talk with the ones that are wrong and in the process make me feel that I have no rights at all. I was told by AIMCO relations that that is apartment living and that really!!!!! made me angry. That seems to be the general concensus. I have time before lease is up but seriously going to check other areas.
