Well, to sum it up in a bulleted fashion, and comments to the others that have written here.

Cons:
- cheap paint (comes off if you clean wall)
- cheap windows (windy/breezy in the apartment)
- no insulation, very cold, or very hot
- cheap screens in windows (doesn't fit molding, allow insects in)
- TRASH FEE - doesn't count per person, just per bedroom. 7 people in a 1 bedroom apartment = $2/month. 1 person in a 2 bedroom apartment = $4/month extra.
- Thin walls/floors/ceilings (you can share a movie with a neighbor without even trying)
- Air Conditioner - only 1 for a 1100sq ft apartment, and it's on the opposite side of the apartment from the bedrooms. Not allowed to put in one in the window - it takes away from the 'asthetics' of the place.
- Rude tennants - 60% if not more would look down at the ground if they saw you coming, rather than just say hello.
- People leave their broken down cars in the spots against the building
- People park at ends of the building that they don't live at, taking up spaces for people that do live at that end.
- Office Staff - Rude, narrow minded, focused on saying NO
- Office Staff - they don't care about 'apartmentratings.com', because - if they get 2 bad ratings a month, out of 40 people moving out, they're OK with it.
- God forbid someone dies before their lease is up, they will potentially "Take [the deceased's] estate to court" for the remaining amount of rent. - Don't even think about getting out of your lease early! I heard this come out of management's mouth myself.

Pros:
- Maintenance person - only 1 individual did good work - thanks Joe. The others never fixed it right the first time.
- Now that everyone's moving out, they plan to replace many fixtures in the apartment. After 20 years, it's about time!
- That's all folks

COMMENTS:
- I paid off my last 2 months of rent early, turned in ALL of my keys, and they refused to process the return of my security deposit, until those last 2 months pass. I had to complain to Corporate to get my money back. Seriously, did I need that hassle'

- To the person that wrote about the Gazebo - WHAT'! It's set way in the back, off the road, and I've never seen anyone use it. It's USELESS - a waste of grounds keeping money. But hey, at least you can say "we have a gazebo."
