What a deal!!!

Ive been living here at Boulder Park for 3 yrs. Ive just renewed my lease again. They offered me 1 month free to renew for a year. I think that is great . Alot of places offer new tenants free rent and we have to keep moving to get the free rent. Im glad that these people see the value of good Tenants. The management is good!!!
The maintenance is Good!! The building however are getting older. But are very well kept up. The grounds are good. The Location is the best in the area!!!!
