I have been living at Boulder Park for exactly 3 years. I have had a very rewarding experience. Our new property manager is very involved in the property and she makes certain rules are followed and enforced. Landscaping is excellent. They just upgraded all laundry rooms in each building. Excellent upkeep of the property has prompted me to renew my lease for 3 years in a row. I have never experienced any rudeness or hostility on behalf of the management staff. Everyone, including the maintenance personnel are very helpful and courteous. Respectful and courteous communication goes a long way with getting along with people and I believe this is why I have not experienced the hostility described in some of the reviews. Everyone deserves to be treated with politeness & respect even when your oven does not work. Why be rude about it'
For those complaining about the noise, maybe you should lease a top floor unit. I have lived in apt rentals most of my life. My experience has been that ALL apartment complexes can be noisy due to inconsiderate fellow tenants. That's why I choose not to have neighbors living above me.
I periodically compare the rental prices of similar properties in the area. Boulder Park is an excellent value compared to the high rents charged by Bower's Landing and Bay Ridge communities. You cannot beat the convenient location of Boulder Park. I would highly recommend this rental community for anyone looking for a comforatble and safe home at a reasonable price.
