I lived here for 2 years and am trying to leave now, coz im moving..
These guys do not let you leave in peace.
They called up my new apartment complex and gave them misinformation about me.Management is horrible, if you are late by 1 day to pay your rent they charge you $50 bucks a day no warnings...
The manager is rude and ignorant. They are nice when you first move in, but after that all they know is your rent check.
Heating and cooling is awful(the worst ive seen and ive stayed in 4 cities before moving to nashua.. by far one of the worst)
Frigid in the winter and Hottt in summer.
They Upped my rent every 6 months.
Parking is ample, but after 7-8pm its hard to find a parking slot close to your building. Snow plowing is slow and the snow sits in the parking lot for days.
The management is horrible.. Not At All recomended. I dont expect to get my deposit back(even though the apt is in great condition)
Ohh by the way, heat and hot water is not included and is very expensive. The blinds are of cheap quality and wake you up early if lights not your thing.
I could say much more but in one sentence...
Look Someplace Else...
Looks are deceiving as far as these apartments go.

I can't understand how someone can spend so much time complaining about the weather. This is New England, it gets cold in winter, it gets hot in the summer. You can't change the climate of the state. Your rent will only go up every 6 months if you ONLY sign a 6 month lease. I signed a 12 month lease (and got one month free), then there was a small increase as I signed a 14 month lease (with a $25 a month discount for the extended stay, and one month free), and most recently, a 9 month stay (with a discount on one months' rent). The discounts and free months all compensated for the small increase in rent. I've always found the office staff to be cordial and professional in dealing with me, and with other residents. The only problems seem to arise when people want to break the lease that THEY SIGNED, and don't want to pay the penalty that was CLEARLY OUTLINED TO THEM. If they chose not to read the lease or listen to what they have been told by the the office staff, then they are the ignorant ones, not the office staff. I've worked nights for over 2 years living here, and a $2 curtain rod, and $5 curtains from Christmas Tree Shop solved the problem of any light coming through the window...it also helps keep the cold out in winter, and the heat out in summer. 3 problems fixed for 7 bucks. This is a wonderful transitional location. You just have to be willing to follow the rules. If you are the type of person that thinks that you are being wronged if YOU break an agreement and people do not cater to you...then you should go find that fantasy location and move there. |
