I live in the condos above BP. I used to live in BP when it was part of the Korsak group. It was much better when Korsak owned it.(management,only)Definately built cheap(Korsak way!!) Same with Condos where I live. We've done much maintainance to correct his lousy construction. Once fixed condos are fine.
This jerk, Haiman(from Michigan)bought most apts from Korsak several years ago. Korsak family still own several near base of hill.
Road & speedbumps are a nightmare.Bumps were put in as retaliation for condo assoc. refusal to help pay for road. We have easement, but no ownership of road.(again through Korsak)Haiman is supposedly selling complex in June to another owner. Time will tell if this owner is any better. I feel sorry for you folks down there. Staff, when I lived there was pretty good overall.

I read that Boulder Park is being sold to Princeton Properties. I once lived at a Princeton Property when residing in Worcester, Mass. I can write that Princeton Properties take pride in their apaertment communities. I feel their ownership of Boulder Prk can only be a good thing as the property desperately needs captial improvements.

They also own Pheasant Run in south Nashua. Unfortunately, from what I've heard, is that a lot of section 8 people have moved into that area. Say what you will, but every time a place has opened up to section 8, the quality goes down the crapper. The owner is guaranteed a "set" rent. Why keep it up when you know you'll always get paid?? Hopefully this will not be the case here. For those who gripe about the smell of curry, we have plenty of South Asians in our condos. Trust me, they take a lot of pride in their homes!
