Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
for the area... it's a little overpriced.. but you get a pretty big unit... I have a very large two bedroom that gives me plenty of room to spread out...
the location of the apartments is great too - walking distance to the grocery store is a plus.
the biggest complaint I have is my upstairs neighbors -there is a very untalented person there learning to play the guitar and well - they are awful - and loud... they also have lead feet.. they stomp around the apartment all day long it gets very frustrating...
There is 1 washer and dryer per floor -which is OK except on weekends when you have prima donna tenants who don't take their stuff out of the washers right away and leave a person waiting.
There's a new person int he building management office who's not friendly at all - the young woman whos' beent here a while is a sweetheart Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
