I chose Boulder Park, because of the management company. I used to live at Pinewood Estates/Princeton Properties in Manchester, before I was transferred to Massachusetts for work. When I was sent back to NH, I specifically looked at the 2 Princeton Properties locations in Nashua. I chose Boulder Park, because it was closer to work, and I loved the idea of having 2 bathrooms. I know that Princeton just bought this place in June, and they are definitely doing alot of work. They have fixed the main entry road and painted the hallways. It's nice to be able to be proud of your home, when people come to visit.
I am anxious for them to re-open their office. They are renovating it right now, and I heard that they are buying all new fitness equipment... it will be nice to stop paying for the gym.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Boulder Park to my friends and co-workers :)
