I'm comfortable at Boulder Park. People complain about loud neighbors and smells of curry... but it really depends on which building you are in (and if you have the balls to go upstairs and tell your neighbors to shut-up). I guess I'm lucky because my neighbors are really nice and they are not loud at all.

-Great location (walking distance of grocery stores, gas stations, dunkin donuts, fast food, restaurants)
-Friendly staff
-Nice new gym
-Friendly neighbors
-Snow removal is quite decent
-Safe area (I'm a 22 year old chick and I walk around the complex alone at night with no worries)
-Parking is NEVER a problem, there are plenty of spots for yourself and guests
-Well landscaped
-Roomie apartments, BUTTTTTT
-THE WINDOWS LEAK COLD AIR (I have been sick for 3 months now)
-They wont fix the windows
-Heat bill is high because the windows suck
-Hallway floors have dips and holes under the carpet
-The speed bumps suck, but I've seen worse

So far in nashua this seems to be the only place worth looking at... I hope it's as nice as it sounds.
