As a three and a half year resident at Boulder Park, I can say that I would recommend it for sure as a place to rent in Nashua.

The people I lived around were great and always ready to open a door or help out with a move. The new company that has just taken over has done some great renovations to the grounds, gym, clubhouse...it was a much nicer place to live the last year-plus.

And as a male in my mid 20s I found it easy to meet people and easy to get downtown for nights out. And easy to jump on 3 to get to Boston. Target, Market Basket and every other store or restaurant you'd ever want is right there.

I moved out because it was time to invest in my own property, but I have nothing be good thoughts about my time at BP.

I look at it this way...a 32% approval rating is terrible! I'm sure there are some satisfied folks there, but overall the ratings don't show a great place to live
