I have no complaints about Boulder Park. I lived on the 3rd floor and did not have to use my heat more than 3 or 4 times the entire winter. It was pretty hot in the summer, but nothing that the ac unit could not take care of. The pool is outstanding and was a great way to spend the summer. We had one or two maintenance requests and both were handled quickly and professionally with a smile. The management staff is delightful to work with and the neighbors were always friendly.

The two bedroom apartment is huge, a good size bathroom and another small bathroom. The kitchen had all new appliances (something you can request at an up charge, but worth it) and the windows were great for the sunshine that poured in. The only reason we moved is because we bought a house. A truly wonderful place to live, definitely the best in Nashua. Pet friendly as well makes a huge difference to the quality of life.

Wow, was this written by someone on the management team critiscized in this post? http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/NH-Nashua-Boulder-Park-Apartments-697471.html I moved from Kessler Farm earlier this year because I bought a home, and my wife and I DID enjoy living there, BUT the person who wrote this review clearly has some sort of alterior motive to have found absolutely NOTHING wrong with the place. Boulder Park is/was one of the better places in Nashua, but there is certainly a cost vs. quality decision that needs to be made if you want to live there. For the money, it was worth it to me to put up with the faults we did find with Kessler Farm. However, the quality was on the decline when we left in February of this year, so we were really glad to leave when we did.
