I have lived at Boulder Park for 2 years know. I have never had a problem with the office staff! They are great people and very friendly and they help you out anyway they can! People who have complained about the office staff maybe it's you! As well for the maintenance workers at Boulder Park I hardly call in a problem (it has to annoy me first for me to call) but they are there and they fix the problem right away! I have had problems with my heat for the first time in 2 years and they are exceptional! They stayed late to help me fix my problem, believe me you won't get that service anywhere else! I moved in to the right building I guess because i have really no problems and if i did i would contact the office and it was fixed so for those people who say the office staff is rude, i don't think you have given it a chance and just like to complain and when your lease is up MOVE OUT!

Obviously this is either written by someone from the staff/asked by the staff or someone who has a new heating unit. They are only putting the new heating systems in the unrented apartments so they can get people to move in. The rest of us who have had our units repaired numerous times and have been with out heat because of such issues are told there is no money to for new units. I think the managment needs remember it is cheaper to keep the residents you have then to recruit new ones.

I agree! Also it's against NH law to not provide heat in the winter.True you have to pay the bills, but there's no reason for Princeton Prop( the owners )to not repair equipment.Do give them time, but then call City Hall & they'll look into it.

I am glad they designed this website for all you angry people! I've lived at Boulder Park for 4 years. I want to speak for all the happy residents! I find it Amuzing that all the happy residents occupy their time positively. I have seen a completely different management. WOW what a GREAT difference (improvement) with Princeton Properties! They remodeled all the ameneties,provide wonderful resident get togethers. It actually feels like home NOW! Okay it might take 24 hours if that to respond to my work orders..but they always get the job done. Even if that means I have to wait for them to order the new. Why don't all you angry people go work out in our beautiful new gym to release some of your negative frustration! I've recommended Boulder Park in the past and would do it again! I've lived at two other places in Nashua and this IS the best by far!!!
