After spending time at Boulder and interviewing 1/2 dozen tenants and meeting with Cheryl and her team, I can share the following.
1) Princeton is working very hard to continually improve Boulderpark; by addressing feedback from their current and past residents.
2) In reading this form, I shared many of the negative comments with the current residents and found they were completely surprised. My assessment is that while I'm sure there are and have been issues... it looks like the majority of the residents are very happy there.
3) I found Cheryl and her team; professional, compassionate, and very fair. In fact, they went the extra mile to help make us feel comfortable and happy.
Great job and keep up the excellent work.
