I lived in the white buildings but was not Sec. 8, as a market rent payer, it was awful to put up with people who pay 36 dollars a month for a three BR apt, and who could care less about the property or the other tenants, I never had a problem with the owners, it was the TRASH that they have to rent to when they take Section 8. I don't know why they don't fix them up a little and boot the trash, they could get halfway decent rents, and provide a lot of needed housing in Nashua to working people.
