Kids run rampant day and night in gangs. If it ain't nailed down, they'll steal it and throw it in the pond. Pond currently still full of last year's christmas tree, bikes, balls, and assorted garbage...filthy. No rules or regulations to manage noise, motorscooters running after dark for hours on end. It's an accident waiting to happen as kids use speedbumps as personal playgrounds. Poor supervision at the pool. Lifeguard sucks face with boyfriend while on duty. Ongoing maintenance issues ignored. Management does not care about multiple complaints filed about hazard of kids, noise, or broken appliances.
