So, I have been at this joint now six months right' We came from out of state like many here have, thinking it was the only place suitable for a large family with pets. What we didn't see was the fact that the office staff treat you like sub-humans. The "owner" is a total ass.

We also didn't realize they allowed kids to run around in packs until all hours of the night. Fireworks going off evey night for two months leading up to July 4th. Kids drinking in the woods. Unsupervised children by the pond. (we're talking toddlers here)

GOOSE DUNG EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!

The "lifeguard" at the pool is a joke. They didn't even open the damn pool until almost July.

Siding is falling off, the decks are rotting, the interiors have outdoor style carpeting in them.

The upstairs is hot, the downstairs is cold. We had to caulk the windows upstairs on our own because the "maintenance" staff said nothing was wrong' You could stand outside at night and see the light thru the edge of the windows!!!!

The parking lot in front of my unit floods with ankle deep water every time it rains, or when the snow begins to melt.

Here is the kicker. They notified us they are raising the rents in February to 1500 a month! They then turn around and several weeks later leave notices in our doors that they are going to "beautify the area" and do major repairs on the exteriors of the units. Oh, and they are building a kids playground. No wonder they need to raise rents.

Bottom line is, if you desperate, move here but get out as fast as you can. This place has a way of sucking the lifeblood from you.
