I have lived here since early January 2005. When I moved in I was skeptical of the look of it from the outside. But the inside of the apartment seemed nice. We were guaranteed by the manager D.L that the flooring was new, the cabinets were new and the cabinets were new. Which was important to us considering we had a new baby. Every week I lived here I found something that bothered me about this place. First it was the parking, nobody parks in the lines just wherever. Then there was the small children running around unsupervised. I'm talking 1-2 years old and up. Then there was the pond. No fences no warning signs. Kids running around it unsupervised. It scared me. Then the weather started to get nice. Kids and rude teenagers everywhere at all hours of the night. Drugs, violence, vandalism. Police are here all of the time. The even have a substation in one of the buildings, if that tell you anything. There is black mold growing in all of my windows, which I clean obsessively and it still comes back. The carpets although new. Don't vacuum well and hold all kinds of dirt and nastiness. They used the wrong paint to paint the apartment so every bumb makes a huge black mark. The never redo anything just paint over it. And lets not even get into the management. One women was fired and evicted because of drugs. Then theres the geese in the ponds a few was cute but they have all seemed t migrate hear the poop everywhere it's so nasty. Then they have these fountains to make the ponds nicer, when in actuality they swpray the bird crap filled water into mist everywhere. The pond is contaiminated to say the least. My final word. DON"T MOVE HEAR unless your a drug addict, drug dealer, or just plain don't care about your kids.
