I have lived here for almost 4 years, not by choice. Moved here from out of state and it was the only thing i could find in the 3 months i was looking. I was completely desperate and havent been able to afford to get out since. Dont get me started on the state of the grounds and the rampant brats running around. Last night i didnt get to bed until 2 am because of the little hoodlums running around screaming and the fireworks they were setting off. My apartment has appliances from the 60's literally. The refrigerator has the old freezer with the metal sheeting inside. And the cabinets are so old that when you open the drawers there are wood shavings that fall down into the cabinets underneath onto my dishes. As if that isnt bad enough the handles on the cabinets were these wooden blocks that were just nailed on and they started to fall off so i called and asked to have them replaced. They came in two weeks later and pryed all off. They didnt ever sand and repaint they just screwed on some new metal ones and left them looking all ghetto. If i had the money i would have had them replaced myself but i cant afford to move so i obviously cant afford to paint.
Do not move in if you have kids unless they are in a bubble. They have used the paint that you cant wash anything off so if you breath or look at the walls they will get dirty. So with kids and dirty hands you are screwed. Man i could go on and on.
Simply put.. dont move in unless you are desperate!!!!!!!
