I lived in both the ghetto ass 2 brm apartments as well as the townhouses. The neighborhood kids are crude, violent and wreckless. I was robbed at gunpoint by a 14 year old when I was only 12. Domestic violence seems to be the norm in a lot of the households. I was kept up until all hours of the night hearing some drunk neighbor beating his wife and kids. Teens slash tires and break windows at night. Kids in the street. There was a sex offender arrested for molesting a 5 year old who was allowed to roam freely. Don't live at Canterbury apts as well. Drunken fights, vandalism, domestic violence, you get the point.

Exactly a 12 year old wrote this. Very nice neghborhood around there been a owner of a condo at partridgeberry hill condos down the street for 3 yrs now and love it.

When looking for a condo some years back, we checked on Border Brook Terrace. Units looked nice. Then we called the police for a "crime Zone" report(all potential buyers should)They will tell you the issues of the neighborhood. There were many breakins due to sec.8 people from Brook Village. that's all it took for us. A shame the realtor lied & said what a wonderful quiet neighborhood this is! I mean there's a police substation there. That should be a warning to anyone. Hopefully it's gotten better in the past few years.
