Have lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse for 9 months, cannot wait for my lease to be up! The noise is unbelievable, it seems like we are always surrounded by ghetto trash! People literally screaming at the top of their lungs outside at all hours of the night. Cars racing through the parking lot. LOUD music. School buses lay on their horns in the morning so if you're not up by then, oh you will be!

Maintenance was a nightmare. A pipe burst and our first floor completely flooded, took them forever! They didn't even bother getting the water out immediately, we had to use snow shovels to push the water out the front door! All they did was put a space heater in the middle of the dining room! Total disaster.

Things are falling apart, bathrooms rusting everywhere, dishwasher actually FELL OUT of the counter, paper thin walls, plowing in the winter sucks, people park in your assigned spot and management does nothing about it. Neighbors keyed my car for complaining, had to call police!

I am a poor college student and I could have done better than this place! Keep looking, don't move here!!!

i agree this place sucks ass! i lived there when i was younger and my brother who was like 3 at the the time was beaten by older kids and my younger brother had a gash on his head tht had small pebbles stuck in them. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS U LIKE ----!
