I lived there for 3 years and it was wonderful. I have to say some parts seem like it's loud but you can tell right away and I picked a unit that was calm and quiet. I never heard my neighbors. Only saw them in the mornings and evenings when we'd go or come from work. I never had any problems with anyone and felt safe letting my now 10 yr old son play outside. The pools were always clean and well, I just can't complain. I'm sad I had to move because of job reasons but I'd move back there in a heartbeat.
