I have lived here for only 1 year and have had nothing but problems. For one, my laundry was removed from one of the dryers mid cycle and urinated on. I told the office staff about this and they did nothing. My apartment was broken into in broad daylight due to the fact that the windows dont lock. I have made several attempts to make appointments with maintenance to install locks on my windows but they never call back. Maintenance came in to repair a broken towel rack in my bathroom and a bedroom door that had a hole in it. They came and left the parts on the floor and said they would be back later to fix it. They never came back. I installed them both myself and then was billed later for parts and labor. I found a condom wrapper in the laundry room 2 weeks ago, which means someone has been having sex in there. The office staff claims to be having a meeting soon and plan on having on site security guards 24/7. Who the hell wants to live in a place that is so bad it needs security guards' Please please please, especially if you have kids, do not live here. I'm getting out next month and I hope that the 2% of halfway decent people that live here get out too.
