In reading some of these reviews I felt I had to give my opinion.
I have lived at canterbury apts for some time and was very surprised at what I read.
anytime i have had a maintenance problem or called the management office i have had good responses. Maintenance is always very prompt at any requests i have made and the management office has always been pleasant. I always pay my rent on time and follow the rules maybe this is why I haven't had the issues other folks have had...
You can hear your neighbors upstairs walking around or sometimes people talking in hallways or below you but 30 families live in the building, it should be expected.
I have never had a real problem with parking either.
Landscapers seem to do a nice job with flowers and mowing and such.
I feel the complaints that I read are from people who don't want to follow the policies set forth by the complex.
