Camterbury must the worst place to live in Nashua, NH. I choose this place because its near to my office and stayed till now just for the same reason.



They have a very complicated lease.

A. PRE-TERMINATION FEE- The full term of the LEASE must be met or a pre-term fee of 10% (2008.80) of the total value of the Lease will be assessed.



B. NO NOTICE FEE- Two(2) months (60 days) Written, notice is required prior to vacating. No notice or less than the requirement, the Lessee shallpay in lieu of such notice.



So you end up paying 3868.80$.



Last time I had some issue with my job, I talked to the management there were not ready to budge.



My other complains.

* Have factory near by so very noicy.

* Stupid management, run by lousy people.

* Poor mainteance.

* Never come late, otherwise you won?t get parking space. Good news is they won?t tow your vechile.



Think twice (may be 10 times) before you move in.
