Bad in terms of apartment quality

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The apartments are too old. Virtually nothing
is new. Part of the floor will make a weird
noise when step on. The lease is only available in two forms: 6 months and 1 year.
The 6 months one requires 75$ more.

The yearly rental increase is above 50$,
no matter how long you live there.

In summary, it is bad.
