We want to move out!!

Ever since the first day we moved in, we wanted to move out. But it was too late, unless we want to pay about $2000 to cancel the lease.
The apartment is very dark, even in the bright summer day! The bathroom was so dirty and ugly when we moved in, and the office refused to do anything about it, also the smell of the kitchen...Oh, too much to complain. What we get is far from what we see in the model room. Just wish this one year goes by faster, so we can move to some nicer place.
