i am looking to move because of neighbors which unfortuately you have to have in a complex. People watch you continuously when you sit outside but again that is someting you have to deal with in a complex this size. I believe there are 500 apartments so you have 500 different families. Unfortunately in this day and age parents can?t control their children alot because they then cry child abuse. it is a no win situation. Ihave read some of these reviews and frankly was surprised and disgusted by them. it is a nice place to live and management has always been helpful. I feel safe and secure here for the 9 years I have lived here and have never had any issues with the staff of the office or of maintenance. people seem ruder now than before but go to any store and it the same because the people who live here probably work in the stores. it?s not the complex that is bad it is the world. people just don?t care about their neighbors anymore, where in days of past people helped their neighbors... well enough about our fabulous people who live in the USA. The complex is resonably clean and the staff is very helpful. the rents do go up every year but only $20.00 to $55.00 that was the highest rent increase i ever received.
