This is the worst place ever to live. I have been here only 2 years and I am thrilled to say I am moving out.

The management office are the rudest bunch of idiots I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Right after I moved in I had a problem with the heat. My apartment reached over 110 degrees! When I called for maintenance and they did not respond the office manager called me to yell at me because she was woken up and she did not consider this an emergancy. When I told her I was having trouble breathing it was so hot she told me to leave my back door open all night until someone could come on Monday morning, this problem was a Friday night. When I ran into a maintenance guy the next morning I told him about the problem and he took care of it right away. Now why couldn't that office manager call him that night instead of me'

I also know a person living in the building across the way from me and 6 monthes ago there was a fire in the apartment next to hers. To this day Canterbury has done nothing about the damage done to her apartment and she has been getting sick ever since the fire.

The rent is a rip off for what you get. I always pay my rent early, I have never had a complaint against me and yet I still get a hassle every time I call.

Beware the parking lot. Kids shot at cars with bb guns. I have had 4 dents put in my car since I moved in. I have seen people breaking into cars and the main office has done nothing. If you are a single woman such as myself, I suggest getting personal protection.
