First a few good things...parking space is ample, maintenance is fine and it's reasonably safe

Rent is not cheap it's around 930 and you can definitely find better deal elsewhere.

few points which you need to think before moving are 1) the mgmt people are not co-operative and harsh 2)building interior is old 3) laundry is just ok 4) NO DISHWASHER
5) NO MONTHLY LEASE 6) for 3 months lease extension they charge you $100 extra each month. 7) I missed my rent for just day in 3 years of my stay NO MERCY here, even if you are late by one day for your rent they will serve you a legal notice for which you will have to pay $150 and your rent in DD immediately.

I rented out this place 3 years back when it was tough to find a place to rent now it?s a whole different story.

This is the worst apartment complex EVER!!! For over a year now there has been problems with the water, the shower will turn freezing cold on you and then when you try to put more hot water it scolds you. We have complained NUMEROUS times to the management, nothing ever gets done. When it snows out, the plows block your cars in, and they easily can correct that but they don't. Also, the water smells here constantly, they say its chlorine and it's coming from Penachuk water, but we called them and other apartments in the area and there is no water smelling problems anywhere else. I have never been so dissatisfied with an apartment complex before. Good luck calling them with a complaint, they could care less. As soon as my lease is up I am running away from here. Please reconsider if you are thinking about moving here. You will be MISERABLE with the water, the smell of it, the constant fluctuations in temperature, and then having NO water pressure at all. It is also VERY loud, and the corridors smell disgusting.
