I lived for here for more than 1 year.People in the management team are little bit rude.There are rules very minor but they are irritating for the tenants but boon for management.
Be careful with rules.They wait for voilation of rule and catch you for huge amount of money which is very unfair.There are lots of bees live inside the apartment and also plenty of ants keep coming into the apartments.
Carpets are in very bad condition.
Other things about:
1.Swimming pool but with again lot of irritating restrictions you do not feel like going to swim.
2.Tennis court again it is locked.
3.No notice boards in the office to display
4.Sometime office people are good.
Know the rules in detail and don't get trapped
