Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I have had no problems with Canterbury. I live in one of the back buildings so parking can be scarce, but I don't mind walking. Maintenance responds right away and the office people have been pleasant. The noise level goes up in the summer, but it usually isn't unbearable.
