The apartments are very outdated, with 1970 avacado bathroom fixtures etc. The manager there is the worst. I was there 2.5 years. When I moved in the carpet stunk bad, I kind of assumed they would replace it before I moved in, but when I asked they said no way. It looked to be at least 10 years old, they told me it was replaced a year before I moved in. I had to professionally clean it to reduce the smell. When I moved out they charged me $700 for carpet stains. I went there to challenge the refund, they showed me 3 pictures of very minor staining, it was obvious they never even tried to clean it. After I left they called me back and sid they made a mistake and that the carpet was actually 2 years old when I moved in and the cost would be only $75 not $700. What a scam!
