I moved into Canterbury 2 years ago and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. They show you a model apartment that is clean and in a building with all old people. But when you go to pick up the keys to your apartment they send you over near the insulation company with a fantastic view of the power lines. I lived there for 10 months or so and they wanted me to renew my lease. The prise was right at the time, and the people that lived below me were pretty quite. Well about 2 weeks after I renewed the lease they moved out. What happened next was a nightmare. These people moved in and talk about noise!! Surround sound T.V. all day long and load bass filled music from Friday afternoon until midnight Sunday. Drinking and smoking pot all weekend. In the summer they would stand outside of my bedroom window and smoke at 1 or 2 in the morning. I could go on and on about this place. I went to the office and complained about the noice from downstairs and you know what they told me to do' Call the cops!!! Now that's a good thing to do when you've got a bunch of drunks on your hands. I'm very happy to say that I am moving out of this dump in the next 2 weeks. I can't wait to get out of this hole. Don't let them fool you. Just look at the rating this dump gets. It's the lowest in Nashua! I lived in Everett Ma. for many years and never did I have the problems I had here. So if you are smart don't waste your time even looking here. Unless you enjoy living with the noise and noise and noise. Oh, did I metion the mold that is growing all over the apartment' Or the dirt you find in the cabinets, bugs, ants, the smell in the hallways, broken windows, the parking lot is full of junk cars. I just can't stress enough how far you shouls stay away. But if you do decide to move here, and you've read this, then you've got nobody to blame but yourself..... RUN!!!!!!!!!!
