I have lived here almost a year, right near the playground, and have not had any real issues. If you are upset about noise, and move in right next to a playground, common sense dictates kids will be playing there, use your head next time you pick a place to live. If you don't like trains, would you live in a subway' The water can be extremely hot, but thats easily fixed by....you guessed it....adding some cold water by a convenient knob right next to the hot water one. Never had any rust colored water yet, so I can't comment on that. There are a lot of unsupervised children that run around, but thats expected by most places now a days. I have lived in other apartments that have cost considerably more, but the price did not reflect quality. I assume there is a chance I just got a nice apartment, I am polite to the staff, and my neighbors are quiet, so maybe some other people just got very unlucky with poor neighbors and trashy interiors. When you find a place, inspect it, make sure you know what you get into, don't sign a lease then cry for years about how miserable you are.

I'd be willing to bet not, I left Royal Crest in Nashua to live here, and don't regret it for a second. Its just funny how people who create the problems or don't have the common sense to avoid them, just sit and cry about them
