I currently live in building 33 and it is HORRIBLE!! We are out in a month and we cannot wait!!! Where to start'!'! Our bathroom was leaking into the downstairs apartment and instead of FIXING it before we moved in, they just patched it up so everything in our shower grew mold! They finally came to fix it and it has been 3 months since they started and there is still a BIG hole with plastic and duct tape around it!! The washer and dryer make your clothes smell worse then when they were dirty, they say they will open the pool at 10am and no one shows up until 11:30, there are dead cars all over the parking lot, the management parks their stupid golf cart right in the walk way so if you are carrying something you need to go around. We went out of town for a week and were 2 days late on rent and they sent us an eviction notice even though we paid on time for 2 1/2 years!!! Our thermostat doesn't work so if we turn on the heat and leave we come back to an apartment that is 90 degrees! they have been in 4 times to fix it and they never do!! Before we moved in they said that there are NEVER cops here but the cops show up at least once a week for some type of domestic call. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who says this place is good probably works here!!!
