absolutly everything about this place is aweful! terrible plowing all winter long. rules aren't enforced. freaken noisy loud kids playing baseball in front of parked cars. your vehicles will be ruined from kids soccerballs to other tenants scratching them or dinging your doors. crappy fixtures old kitchens and bathrooms. never good water temperatures.loud inconsiderate people. how do 4-5 kids live in a 2 bedroom apartment' I don't know! so depressing to live here. constantly looking to move somewhere, anywhere else. trash everywhere. potholes and flooded parking lots with every rain. have to pay for a guest to use the crappy pool.can't have windows open in the summer because all you will hear is kids running around screaming outside your window, take your kids to a damn park or at least sit your lazy but in a chair and supervise. rusty water. no dishwasers. nasty hallways. dumpsters always overflowing. sure there's a tennis and basketball court but it's beat to heck no one would want to use it. very little cabinet space. went to visit my friends apartment in bay ridge it was like a 5 star hotel compared to canterbury they had dishwashers, full sized washer and dryer in the unit, central air, dogs allowed, building was nicely kept up. everything the complete opposite of canterbury. it sucks if you rare a victim of this lousy economy and can't afford to move or go to another place due to a spouse being laid off. i just don't think there is anything nice i can say about this place.

You are using the fact that Canterbury doesn't have features that you knew were never there, as a reason to deter other people from moving here. The only plausable critique you gave was the water. Aside from that, you're pretty much creating your own little nightmare fantasy about how this place is. The sun is out, you could complain about it being too bright as well. Maybe you dont like the way light sines in your window? OH! Also! No elevators! Dont complain about things that you dont have, when you knew moving in, they were not there, unless you thought leperchauns were going to drop them off in your sleep. In that case, im still waiting on my central air/washer/dryer/dishwasher/jacuzzi. If not having those things makes this place terrible to you, you never should've signed a lease to move in. I live in bld#35, I have no real complaints to make this place as bad as some people seem, aside from the water (sometimes it does get rusty, and its hard to keep a constant temperature, that gets REALLY obnoxious)
