Spacious, pricey, overall okay.

Initially, seemed a bargain because of the size (very large compared with others in the area). However, plenty of downsides. Neighborhood the building is in is no treat. Sometimes frightening to drive through. Lots of "low income" housing in building. Children with nothing to do (no playground facilities to keep kids out of trouble are near) are frequently skateboarding on the walkways and in the driveway getting in the way of already bad traffic. Parking lot not laid out in a way that traffic flows nicely. Secured parking garage is a nice feature, though not perfect (had someone follow in a car earlier this year and vandalize vehicles). Office staff is generally nice and helpful. Maintenance crew is not terrific. HVAC is a problem (can't easily regulate temperatures throughout the year because A/C is turned off at a specific date regardless of the weather). Upper floors get uncomfortably hot at times (5 story old mill building). Nearby busy street so noise on that end of the building is terrible (makes it impossible to have windows open to vent unit). Loud motorcycles, large trucks.
Lots of room, however. By far, more spacious than other places we looked at. However, you pay for the space.
Close proximity to CO provides DSL-ability. However, not nearly enough phone jacks and NOT in the right places. Cable jack in the wrong place as well.
