A good experience overall

I lived here right after college. Kind of expensive ($1275/mo), but with the amout of space you get, worth it I think. I had the two bedroom with walkout sunporch. The place was huge (1400 sq.ft.). I didn't have the furniture to fill the living room or master bedroom so the place mostly looked empty. The office makes sure the apt is immaculate before you move in. New carpets, nice paint, you name it. There are laundry facilities on each floor so you don't have to go out or walk too far to do laundry. The dryers are HUGE too so you can wash three loads of laundry and dry them all at once.
Ok so for the bad. Parking can be a hassle on weekends or if you come home late. The building is an old mill and probably nearly a quarter mile long. If you get home late and you live on the right side of the building, get ready for a walk. Also the walls are a bit thin so if you have old neighbors get ready for constant complaints. I don't know how many times I had security (yes the building has its own security patrol) knock on my door because I was watching DVDs "too loud" at 9:30pm on a Friday night... pffff! Then again I had friends down the hall that would always have parties and blast music all hours in the night and never had security called on them... I guess it's hit or miss.
If you got the money this is a very nice place to live...
