If you:

- Work from a home office or do heavy studying at home (and need a modicum of quiet)
- Enjoy quiet time at home after work
- Need a spacious kitchen (enjoy cooking')
- Don't appreciate listening to your neighbors' conversation, alarm clock, TV/music, arguments, snoring, loud sex, etc.
- Are single or married without kids

DO NOT EVEN THINK of renting an apartment at the Clocktower Place.

Yes, they are spacious and full of character but that wears off in just days and you can't break that expensive lease without a hefty penalty.

Is it a ghetto' Half of the building looks and smells like it, indeed.

Management friendly' Michelle Looney (the blue eyed blonde assistant manager) is a very nice gal. Tia Phillips, the manager, on the other hand...

My first 10 months at the Clocktower were livable because both of my neighbors happened to be quiet people, but within four months both neighbors moved out and new people moved in: an elderly couple who yelled all the time and had their TV at the loudest setting because they were hard of hearing and the other people were a young couple with a hyperactive 3 year-old. You have NO IDEA what that freaking kid put me through...

Oh, and yeah, the extra soundproofing... Sure. A contractor screws two thin metal bars across the wall you share with your noisy neighbors and on top of that they instal drywall. That's ALL. No insulation whatsoever. Therefore, you still hear the people on the other side of the still paper thin dividers they call walls.
