Let's begin by saying that Clocktower did a great job getting us to sign a lease ... but after a year i highly doubt that it will be resigned. We can start by the parking, yes there is garage parking available for a fee and be careful driving down the ramp in the winter months because it is kept as clean as the parking lot .. ( A SHEET OF ICE ) Once entering the "locked" front door that anyone can wait and enter you are greeted by the office staff of the two main leasing agents in the office Michelle is great, But who knows how Tia got her position there. You will find that the building is always very clean and the cleaning staff is extremely friendly. However the Maintenance staff is the complete opposite. They pretty much ignore your requests for maintenance. We had to report problems over and over and still no resolution. And the security staff is another joke, they are available and around (somewhere) from 4pm - midnight... Well in my opinion midnight on is a very important time for security .. You can use the pool & fitness areas if you pay $15 a month for a pass .. but it is NOT included. Now, the very important part - the apartment. They are nice and very unique the rooms are a good size and the layout is great. The only drawbacks that we've witnessed are the lack of an outdoor area, the rooftop deck (10'x10' area, ha!) is only open until dusk. And the HVAC is a huge problem, we never once turned on our heat but were receiving bills of $100 for this .. Apparently, they don't tell you that you are paying for the overall average and the heating of the common areas .. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! I would take a look at some other buildings in the area before signing at Clocktower... OH, did i mention the lawnmowers at 6:45am and the screaming kids running up & down the halls ...
