The writer is clearly an employee. Clocktower Place has no soundproofing whatsoever. We could constantly hear our neighbors on both sides, our upstairs neighbors, and anything going on in the hallway. Unfortunately, as bad as the noise is, it's the least of your problems while you're living here. We got out as soon as we possibly could.
