Clocktower Place

Living in an apartment building occasional noise from neighbors is expected. In comparison to other apartment buildings in Nashua, Clocktower apartments are much quieter.
The majority of the residents that I have met at Clocktower have been pleasant. The office and maintenance staff have always been friendly and able to assist if needed.

The only major ammenity that is missing is washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. This would offer quite a convenience and value especially for a family of four.
The "community" washer and driers are adequate. There are a sufficient amount of washer/driers available on each floor, and there is rarely a wait except on weekends as can be expected. The machines are not coin-operated, so no need to stock up on quaters. The machines run on cards that can be re-filled in the lobby at an ATM-like machine.

There has never been a shortage of parking spaces, but occasionally there may be a long walk from the available space to the entrance.
