The review below sure sounds like someone got evicted or didn't pass the credit check or income requirements because im living here at Clocktower and I haven't experienced anything here that he is talking about. The only thing I ever hear outside the apartment is an occasional airplane going over. Staff and maintenance have been no problem, I left the entrance door open the other day moving something in and within 2 minutes security was there reminding me to keep the door closed. The section 8 subject, I believe they are required to have so many section 8 people by law. With over 300 apartments I see a small percentage being section 8.

Actually ClockTower had some financial issues a few years back. The city helped them out, but now up to 30% of all apts. have to be rented to section 8 residents. Have had friends who've had cars vandalized.
