We loved Clocktower when we 1st moved in. convenient location, friendly office staff, etc., but were very happy to leave when we did. They are not terribly attentive to maintenence issues. They get them half finished and wait for you to call to follow up before they schedule finishing them. Had repeated problems with plumbing, which took about 5 calls before someone actually fixed the problem, rather than just clearing the drains. lots of mold, but somewhat expected for a renovated mill.
The last 3 months we spent there were very unpleasant, as we had rowdy college students move next door. They would stary getting real loud and drunk at about 11pm every Friday and Saturday. Security would come, and occasionally security would have the police come, but they never affected any change and proved impotent to affect any change.
Worst of all was our nasty surprise lease break fee. Which they assured us would not be issued unless we failed to give 60 days notice. Well, low and behold, their repeated assurances were not honored.
They look and act nice, but they are very untrustworthy.

soooo true about the lease break and the 60 day notice... I signed a year lease isn't that 365 days worth of notice? Again with the plumbing! Stay clear.
