More Good than Bad, net Favorable

What I like: Walking to Downtown and Mine Falls Park. Heated indoor pool and fitness facilities. Underground Parking. Storage Facilities. Unique layouts of apartments. Views of River and town from room, including fireworks from Nashua Pride. Friendly staff. The occasional free breakfast or mixer for renters. Late hour package pickups.
What bothers me: All that stuff (except location) is an extra charge. On the whole that makes sense -- why pay for it if you don't use it. It's getting kind of dogged out, long in the tooth. They are trying to stay on top of it, but the original build I think cut corners in the windows, carpeting, counters, cabinetry and HVAC -- and now it's age is showing. You can walk to downtown and the park, but the rest of neighborhood is getting a bit scary, specially at night.
I have never had a problem with the other renters, whether Sec 8, special needs or whatever. They have been quiet and respectful. Any apartment other than Seniors only will have some sound come through the walls from time to time.
On the whole I have enjoyed living here and have just signed a new year lease.
